TASER Guns Increasingly the Choice for Law Enforcement

The law enforcement community loves TASER Guns.  Why?  Simple.  They are effective at stopping most people and they don’t run the chance of actually killing someone.

Okay, let’s clarify one thing:  I did say “effective at stopping MOST people”.  We have to acknowledge that no weapon is 100% effective against 100% of the people 100% of the time.  I mean, you can use a knife on someone.  Knives can stop someone, right?  But, they can also NOT stop someone.  Even a bullet from a gun can stop someone, right?  But, we also have to acknowledge the sometimes, when shot, people are still able to go after their victim.  Its a fact.  But, more times than not,TASER Guns are highly effective at stopping most people.

And, add to this the fact that officers don’t have to worry about investigations after shooting someone with a TASER, they are much more comfortable in using this non lethal weapon to A) protect themselves; B) protect you; and, C) stop the bad guy (or girl) to get them off the street and put away.

While many police departments have carried the TASER X26 for a number of years, now, they are beginning to carry the newest model, the TASER X2.  The X2 is unique in that it can start by firing a warning spark to let someone know they’re about to get hit.  And, if needed, the TASER Gun can then fire not one, but two shots at two people and bring them down at the same time.  Or, the second shot can be used as a back up, should the officer miss the first time.  And, now, as of this month, June, 2013, the X2 Defender is being made available to the civilian market.  Check’em out and you’ll see why the law enforcement community loves to rely on their TASER Guns.

TASER M26C

taser m26cIn almost every industry, there is typically a “standard” model that all others in the industry get measured against.  And, in the non lethal weapons industry, many would argue that the standard is the TASER M26C, and with good reason.

First, the TASER M26C, is highly effective.  They are carried by law enforcement officials all across the country and even around the world.  Why?  Because they are proven effective in stopping people.  Second, they are ominous to look at.  Think about it, if you’re an attacker and someone pulls out this handgun looking thing that you know will drop you to the ground, wouldn’t you think twice about continuing on?  Third, even though its got a price tag of about $500, its by far cheaper than most handguns and is even cheaper than its big brother, the TASER X26C.  So, while it still costs quite a bit, its relatively affordable, all things considered.  Check out this model that makes TASER a leader in the police circles and in the self defense weapons circles.

Get a TASER Gun

taser gunIf you’re wanting to protect your loved ones or your self from being jumped, attacked or mugged, you might want to consider getting a TASER Gun.  They’re easy to carry and highly effective.  They’re also very affordable.  And, oftentimes, just showing them to someone who’s causing you problems is enough to get them to back off.

That’s right a TASER Gun may be just the weapon you need to provide the defense you need.  Taser Guns can be purchased in almost any price range from as low as $30 upwards to $1000 or so.  And, quite honestly, the lesser expensive ones are about as effective as the more expensive ones, they just don’t have all the options.  And, these days, you can find them in a variety of shapes and sizes so that you can find one that will be comfortable for you to carry, keeping in mind, that if its in your car while you’re walking through the parking lot, its not going to do you any good.  So, you want to make sure you get one you’ll carry with you always.

TASER M26C

For years, the TASER M26C has been one of the best sellers for people seeking a self defense weapon that they can rely on.  And, for  year’s this model has been scaring the crap out of would be muggers and attackers.  This model is a little bigger than the X26C, so it’s quite impressive when its pointed at you.

Yes, that’s right, the TASER M26C, when being stared at by a would be attacker, is usually enough to make them rethink their intended actions.  I mean, even suspects run from the Police when they yell, “stop or I’ll TASER you”.  They want out of there.  Attackers are the same way.  When they come face to face with someone pointing one of these weapons at their body and the laser is shining a nice red dot on their chest, they usually take off.  And, quite honestly, this is the best possible outcome  to this situation.  Well, I guess the best possible would be if the police came up behind the guy and apprehended him.  But, next to that, I think this is an ideal outcome.

They had a TASER Gun

The headline read “Snooping Man Captured by Police”, but that only tells a part of the story.  It seems police were called to a local residence because of someone snooping around the property looking suspicious.

When Police arrived, they found the man in the back yard peeking in windows and snooping just as reported.  When Police approached the man, he took off running.  A pursuit ensued, but it didn’t last long.  As soon as the Police got close, they yelled Stop or I will use my TASER Gun”.  The man stopped instantly.  Later when his brother came by the scene before the suspect was taken away, the brother asked him why he didn’t get away.  He said, “because they had a TASER Gun“.  Now, how’s that for respect of a weapon?  Even criminals are beginning to respect stun devices even more than traditional handguns.  I think that says  a heck of a lot about how effective these non lethal weapons can be.  The Police never even had to fire the gun.

I read an article the other day, but I forget which city or municipality it applied to.  Bottom line, the Police Department was announcing that they were upgrading from their previous TASER Gun to the new TASER Rifle.  I think this says a quite a bit about the quality and effectiveness of the TASER brand of products.

I mean, first, law enforcement agencies everywhere have been carrying a TASER gun for years.  They believe in them and they trust their life with them.  And, now, in these difficult economic times when virtually all municipalities are cutting budgets just trying to make ends meet, this particular police department is investing in upgrading their entire department to the new TASER Rifle.  Would they be doing this if these weapons were only marginally effective?  I think not.  Find out today what makes the entire TASER line up so effective and worth the investment.  Your life may depend on it.

Police Taser a Man

Local newspapers are reporting that Sierra Vista Law Enforcement have recently shot a man with a TASER who was originally seen peeping into windows of a local residence.  Upon arriving, officers saw the man flee on foot through backyards and over fences.  They pursued on foot and when they were close enough, after giving a warning, they fired their Police TASER Gun at the suspect.  He immediately dropped to the ground and they arrested him.

I know TASER Guns and Stun Guns get a bad rap for either being ineffective or, just the opposite, causing deaths.  And, I’m no scientist nor doctor, so I can’t comment on the death issue.  But, I have to say, I hear enough reports of these weapons being effective that I carry mine and trust in it like there’s no tomorrow.  I supposed its like anything, if you buy cheap stuff, yeah, they may not really work.  But, if you buy quality weaponry, you should be able to trust in them.  Police do.

Top Selling TASER M26C

TASer m26cMore and more orders each day are coming in for the TASER M26C.  I even just took an order for a police chief in the Midwest.  We’ll be sure to get his order filled as quickly as possible!  But, again, so many people are clamoring to get this very popular self defense weapon.  These non lethal weapons are great as they provide distance between an attacker and potential victim, they won’t kill anyone, yet they are highly effective.

The TASER M26C is the type of weapon that shoots electrodes up to 15 feet into a target.  The electrodes are connected to the handheld gun portion which delivers the “stun” down the wires and into the attacker.  The stun is delivered in pulses and lasts for several seconds.  The attacker usually falls to the ground and is useless for several minutes.  Even those who do not completely fall to the floor are still quite shaken up and confused to the point where they can’t think straight nor function properly.  If you haven’t checked out one of these units, you should.  The M26C is the middle level of  TASER models.

The TASER Gun

The TASER Gun brand of products has long been known to be one of the best self defense products available.  Not only do consumers like you and me carry them for protection, but law enforcement agencies issue them to their staff for protection and for apprehending suspects.  That says quite a bit.

For the consumer market, the TASER Gun brand of products come in three models.  The one that is targeted at people who just want self defense is the TASER C2.  Its highly effective, easy to hold, comes in a multitude of colors including a pink stun gun and is also available in various kits offering differing levels of support.  The TASER M26C is the mid-level stun gun from TASER.  It has a hand gun like appearance and is quite ominous when flashed for an attacker to see.  The top of the line is the TASER X26C.  It also is a hand gun style model, is a little smaller in the hand grip area and offers more sophisticated technology.  They are all highly effective in preventing crime and fending off attacks.

Police Taser a Guy

Wednesday, March 2, 2011
posted by SmartStun 12:45 PM

That’s what the headline read:  Police TASER a Guy.  So, I had to read that article.

It seems local police were responding to a report of someone trying to break into a home.  When they got to the home, they didn’t see anything right away.  But, as they went around back to to check, the suspect jumped out from behind a storage building and took off running.  The cops did the obligatory “Stop, or I’ll TASE You”.  He didn’t stop.  So, the Police TASER was fired at the suspect.  He dropped to the ground in pain and they arrested him.

Who knows at this point if he was really breaking and entering or if something else was going on.  It seems these days people call the cops for a lot of different reasons.  I remember one story where the homeowner called the cops and told them a person was trying to break into the house.  Well, it turned out the person lived there and they were just having a spousal argument.  So, we’ll see how it all turns out.
