Phazzer Dragon Stun Gun

You know how sometimes when you get something in your the hand, the instant it hits it, you can tell what you’re holding is of the very best quality?  That’s the way it is with me whenever I have a Phazzer Dragon Stun Gun in my hand.  In fact, I keep one near my office desk in case someone enters the store who makes me feel uncomfortable.

What most people don’t know about the Phazzer Dragon Stun Gun is that it functions just like a TASER C2.  In fact, it was designed to compete head to head against the TASER Gun.  Rather than being a traditional direct contact stun gun, the Dragon shoots electrodes up to 15 feet to reach your target.  The electrodes are connected to the weapon via cords which deliver the electric shock to the target.  The Dragon also has a Laser built into it to make it easier to hit your target.  And, if you fire the electrodes, but miss your target, the stun gun can then be used as a direct contact model, too.  So, no matter what, you’re protected.

Like a Pink Stun Gun?

You’d be surprised at how often people contact me looking for a pink stun gun.  Seriously, over 10% of our monthly sales are a pink stun gun.  There are several different models available, so people have a choice.

One of the most common pink ones we sell is the Phazzer Scorpion Stun Gun.  This model is available in both black and pink, but thepink stun gun pink far outsells the black.  And, I have to admit, this is the unit that my wife carries when she goes out.  Also, the Phazzer Dragon is available in many colors, one of which is pink.  Additionally, the TASER C2 is available in many colors, including pink.  Now, don’t let the pink color fool you.  These are all still the same high quality stun guns that these makers have come to be known for.  They’ll all still drop an attacker to the ground, leaving them writhing in pain.  But, they just happen to be “lady-friendly”.  Check’em out!

Phazzer Dragon

Yesterday, we discussed the Phazzer Enforcer.  So, today, I thought I’d share a little bit on the Phazzer Dragon.  The Dragon is another projectile shooting stun device similar to the TASER gun lineup.  But, the Dragon is designed to take on the TASER C2.

The Phazzer Dragon shoots electrically charged electrodes up to 15′ to lodge into an attacker and deliver the stun pulse which drops them to the ground.  Unlike the C2, the Dragon comes standard with a Laser to assist with siting.  This is an option on the TASER C2.  Both have a similar grip and hold.  But, what makes the Dragon really different is that it also has available pepper ball and paint ball cartridges.  So, if you’d rather shoot pepper spray at your attacker, you can do it.  Also, the coiling design inside the Phazzer electrode cartridge is different, which helps to prevent tangling of the wire leads.  Less tangling means more hitting of the target.  To me, this is a huge advantage of the Phazzer Dragon.

The Phazzer Dragon stun gun has quickly become one of the most popular selling stun guns on the market today.

Designed to rival the TASER C2 Stun Gun, the Phazzer Dragon also shoots electrodes at the attacker.  Attached by 15′ electrical leads, the barbs attach to the attacker and deliver the shock that puts them on the ground, writhing in pain.

Available in several colors, men and women alike are able to find the weapon that suits them best.  And, now Phazzer offers a pepper ball cartridge.  When installed, it fires pepper balls at the attacker, exploding on contact and dispensing pepper spray onto their body.

Enter the Dragon

Phazzer has long been recognized as a premier stun gun manufacturer and the Phazzer Dragon is easily known to be one of the best.

But, one advantage that the Phazzer Dragon stun gun had going for it was that the TASER C2 required anyone purchasing their units to register the gun and pay a registration fee.  Phazzer did not require this.  But, now, TASER does not require the fee.

It’ll be interesting to see if this hurts the Dragon’s sales at all.  Registration is still required of the C2, and many people just want their privacy without any hassles.  So, there may end up being little effect.  We’ll keep our eye on this development.

Phazzer Dragon Stun Gun

The Phazzer Dragon stun gun is, in a lot of ways, similar to a TASER gun.  However, subtle differences actually make the Dragon a better buy, in my opinion.

The Phazzer Dragon is an electrode shooting, projectile style stun device, which is similar in shape and function to the TASER C2.  But, the Phazzer unit does not require registration before it can be used; the TASER requires a paid registration before an activation code is issued.  The Phazzer unit also comes with a pin disable, while the C2 does not.  The Phazzer unit comes with a built in laser to assist with aiming and hitting the target and it has a built in LED flashlight.  The laser is an option with TASER and the flashlight is not available.

Moreover, while I don’t recall the specific numbers, Phazzer claims the effectiveness rate (percentage of actual takedowns as compared to number of fires) of their unit is substantially greater than the TASER.  The units are priced similarly, so overall, I have to conclude the Phazzer is the better buy.
